Currently sitting in the airport lounge waiting for depature in just under 90 minutes. Uneventful drive up from Trenton. Unfortunately Gordon is already getting on my nerves and we are not even inside the plane yet and 20 hours of travel ahead. You would think that we have the only 2 seats in the departure lounge!
The other interesting thing is that my brother and Iain and Isabella are travelling with only carry-on backbacks. No checked luggage. Five weeks on the road and they can get everything into something that can be stowed above the seat. Meanwhile Binnie has 7 suitcases, albeit some of them on the smaller side. Luckily, and hopefully we will not see those bags again until we reach Botswana.
