Good evening.
I have
had a busy Saturday too!
After
spending the day in the village, I left to take the vehicle back to Mochudi. In
doing so, I made a detour and stopped at Mokatse to see Grace and her kids. They are all well and the little one is
growing in leaps and bounds. He now
crawls around and tries to talk.
I arrived
in Mochudi in late evening around 7:50. Molly was in the kitchen cleaning up
the dishes and her parents are sleeping, so is Laone. The parents had a long day traveling home from
Charles Hill from 0600 am till 17:00.
[Binnie’s sister Tonic has been posted by the Ministry of Finance to the
far north and western side of Botswana on the border with Namibia. Thus, to get home you must cross the Kalahari
Desert on Highway 2.]
I
am going to stay one night in Mochudi and I will take a bus home tomorrow after
church.
Tonic
has purchased a small car Mazda 3 a week ago and it’s already due for service
and so it will be in the shop on Monday. Hopefully on Monday I can use it
to do the running around in the village.
If
all goes well, I plan to go back to Charles Hill with Tonic on Tuesday and stay
for 2 nights and on Thursday I will hitchhike back to Thamaga. [Editorial comment !!!]
